 Thinking
about the children's future, one can only conclude that to sustain
the level of overall improvements gained over the last few years
FOMO needs to raise a Future Fund.
I know many charities have sufficient funds
to run their operations off the interest on the capital they
hold. FOMO unfortunately is not in this position and relies
on the generosity of many people to maintain our help to the
children, (Please don't stop)
To be realistic the poverty, disease and hardship
faced by the people of Mulanje will not be disappear over night
or even in our lifetime, but if we don't help, things will never
change. We are making a big of difference with your help, but
we must also think of the long term future of the growing children
and those that come afterward.
There are a number of people that at a stroke
could easily solve our long term funding requirements, but unfortunately
I don't know them and it's highly unlikely that they have heard
of the plight of the children in Mulanje or will come across
our little beacon into the world.
There is a maxim that if you want something
doing "Do it your self", well I personally believe
if we all contribute together then we can achieve great things.
 If
